With expansive views of Elliot Bay, the homeowners hoped to take advantage their kitchen and dining rooms potential by removing a wall and constructing a 6’ sunroom addition with a new updated kitchen. In the kitchen remodel, the design of a new island gave the homeowners a place for guests to gather and an eating bar for an alternative seating space. The sunroom addition was designed to replace an aging deck on the second story deck adjacent to the dining room and gave the new space an abundance of natural light. With the new kitchen remodel and sunroom addition, the inviting space was transformed to maximize the view and provide a wonderful place to entertain.
