The homeowners had always dreamt of building their own home but once they discovered this unkempt residence in Sequim for sale, they knew it had the potential to become the home of their dreams. While keeping the view as the focal point, we designed an 18 foot, two story sunroom addition off the redesigned kitchen to maximize the sun light and the view. With the construction of the new sunroom and the storage space below, came the new kitchen update. With the additional square footage that was added, the kitchen grew to facilitate a new island and the addition of 11 brand new appliances, which included a full height wine refrigerator, a steam oven and a raised dishwasher.
