As you can see on our gallery pages, Seattle Design Build has been producing award-quality projects for many years. In 2008, we decided to submit some of projects to the more well-known local and national industry award programs and were rewarded with prizes for three out of four submissions!!! Look for a long list of awards in the future as we submit more of our projects for judging.

Accreditations
With a commitment to personal growth and industry specific education for all team members, SDB strives to empower all its employees by encouraging and subsidizing the cost of educational programs. Collectively SDB employees have been exposed to literally hundreds of hours of quality training and education taught by highly regarded industry professionals. Among these programs have been courses on business and financial management, sales and marketing, production training, carpentry skills, contract law, etc. We believe the informed employee is the empowered employee and the empowered employee will work best to create satisfied customers and put forth quality product, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.

As owners, our goal is to be able to declare that Seattle Design Build has the most accredited production staff in the State of Washington.
